  Very unprofessional. Placed order for 9 bowties 6 months in advance and never got a call about order, to come look at fabric, or that my order was being worked on. I called 3x every month for 6 months and got the run around. Three years prior to that, I place an order online, took a screen shot of my order and I was sent the wrong tie. Called about the mix up and the owner yelled at me, telling me that's what I ordered... Even though I could prove it was wrong he continued to yell at me. Sent the tie back and never was refunded. These situations are unprofessional and not only happened to me. Will never order from this company again.
