    Highly disappointed. Went here on a recommendation and have regretted it ever since. I have dark hair and the colorist, who I could barely understand, left the bleach in for almost 3 hours, even though the owner kept saying it was fine to wash it out after 1.5. I was told they specialize in coloring, and I walked out with a terrible caramel brunette vs the red-orange I had shown. When I went back to my regular salon they were horrified by how damaged the lower 6-7 inches of my hair was. Would never go back.
